This happens to me like 7/10 games. I dunno what is causing it i've tried running it all in verylow but i usually run it with "Textures" and "Anti-aliasing" at Ultra settings because it runs smother in my PC. This is really frustating because when im landing i can go trought buildings until it practically crashes the game and it stays with 1fps for 1/3 minutes.

Have you tried to revalidate your game files through Steam?

Could be related to a memory leak, try to see if running the game at a lower resolution fixes it.

If you have an Nvidia GPU try reverting to different drivers and see if that helps.

I think it's already on the Dev's "to-do" list. Btw. I got the same issue:

https://www.twitch.tv/videos/131374174

This happened another time, where I had 1 FPS for about a minute or so. Very annoying bug, indeed.

Yeah i was this was a "Rare Bug" but it happens to me almost everygame

Bug Description:
Whenever I land in a game as of the most recent patch (the 400mb one on March 30th/31st), none of the buildings load. After a large FPS drop and about 20-30 seconds of being on the ground, the building's shadows load in and I am able to see the contents of the buildings. After a series of small FPS drops and another 30 seconds, the building starts to load in, but it forms into this form of the building that looks to me like melting colored clay. I can't access the building or use any of the doors. If I try to go into a building that is open or doesn't have a door, my character starts to rubberband and float and wave his arms around. Finally, after a massive FPS drop/spike and maybe 30 seconds to a minute later, the buildings load into their respectable forms. I am then able to interact and loot them. But this is completely infuriating. It takes nearly 2 WHOLE MINUTES for buildings to properly render in. I have tested it and the render distance has nothing to do with how long it takes for any building to load in.

Date Seen:
I've seen this bug as far back as the day I got the game, March 25th. I saw it maybe once and that was it, I didn't think much of it. But after every single update, it has occurred more and more often to the point where it has happened in every single game I have played today, 7 games!
Troubleshooting Attempted:
I tried everything! Re-updating my drivers, re-installing the game, fiddling around in NVIDIA control panel and in the game files and settings, but nothing has helped it! No one else I have played with has reported this happening to them, only for me.

Other Information:
It becomes more frequent with every update.

Launch Options:
-USEALLAVAILABLECORES -malloc=system

Operating System: Windows 8.1 64 bit
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790k @ 3.60GHz (4 CPUs)

Is the game installed on an HDD or an SSD for you? I slowly have the suspicion this happens more often with physical hard drives.

Thought as much. Almost everytime this issue comes up, the users reporting it have the game installed on an HDD. I obviously can't help you there but I still think this is good info for the devs.

True. I don't understand why this game has such a hard time running on an internal HDD? Its something that is going to turn a lot of people off of the game if this isn't fixed soon.

Bug Description:
After landing to the ground, the game starts lagging, textures are blurry, hdd is on 100%, unplayable for 5 minutes, you can walk/fall through walls/roofs.

Date Seen:
I experience it every day i play since Early Bird access, even after the Patch 1 (29/03/17). It doesn't happen every time though, it's quite random but very often around 80%.

Troubleshooting Attempted:
I applied all the tweaks that were suggested (modified config files, everything is on very low), tried different graphics drivers (now i'm using the latest Crimson 17.3.3)

Other Information:
N/A

Launch Options:
-malloc=system +mat_antialias 0 window -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -sm4
I'm playing with the above options, but it's the same without it.
