I changed:

Crouch to CTRL
Talk to C
Change fire rate to Mouse 4
Prone to ALT
Freelook to B

I think that's all :P

I changed first aid kit to mouse button 3, bandages to mouse button 4 (for quick bandages while in combat, kept the large kit and boost as is for now)

I changed push to talk to middle mouse button so I can still aim and move while talking without restriction.

Changed fire mode selection to X.

I dont use the standard A, W and D for movement. Prefer Q, W and E.

Setup A for autorun, D for loot or enter/exit, Page Forward for VOIP, Page Back for freelook, capslock for prone and middle mouse for changing fire mode. Logitech G502 has a third button on the left side at the thumb position that i use for jump. Hoping they let us eventually assign mouse wheel up and down. For i wish to use that for zero distance with scopes.

This game has an autorun key by default? Dear God! All these pinky cramps for nothing!

Bandages - B

First Aid - N

MedKit - M

BoostItem - G

Autorun - Mouse 4

I'm not satisfied with this layout, but I'm got used to it, tried to change something, but no luck, fingers sticked to this layout already (.

I have both a Logitech G13 gamepad and a Logitech G502 gaming mouse, both of which are programmable.  So I don't change any of my in-game keymaps, instead I program up my Logitech devices.  I tend to program my devices similar in all my FPS/shooter games; the mouse for as much as possible related to weapon selection, aiming and communications; the G13 for everything else.  That said, it's probably only worthwhile to disclose my *functional* mouse keymaps for people looking for ideas.

  • Mouse Left Button - (Default)
  • Mouse Right Button - (Default)
  • Mouse (Wheel) Middle Button - Grenade
  • Mouse Wheel Scroll Left - Primary #1
  • Mouse Wheel Scroll Right - Primary #2
  • [G4] PTT In-game
  • [G5] Freelook
  • [G6] PTT Teamspeak
  • [G7] Pistol
  • [G8] Fire Mode
  • [G9] Melee

Mouse 3 = Inventory
Mouse 4 = X (put weapons on your back)
Alt 1-2-3-4 = Booster/Bandage/Aid/Health kit

Rest standard!

We couldn't rebind the Left Shift to Hold Breath to anything else apparently so I had to make an autohotkey script to make it so when I press *this* act as if I pressed Left Shift.

So much effort.
