Hi everyone. First of all, as the lead community manager, I apologize for not addressing the recent issues earlier. For team-killing and stream sniping, we require evidence to be submitted as with all reports against players. We do not ban players based on what we see on social media or streaming platforms ourselves. We ask players to submit reports with evidence on our forums which is a temporary measure. We take action when the evidence is sufficient to warrant a ban. The current rules and ban process are not final. Our community team is doing the best to ban users that do not play fair or ruin the experience of others. However, we do not have a perfect system. So our appeals system was put in place to ensure that there are checks and balances regarding all and any bans, and to allow us to rectify any mistakes that may have been made. Recently, I have realized that this may not be enough. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the current system. We don't have an automated system to ban players who violate our Rules of Conduct yet. But in the future, our team will work with the engineering & platform team to implement tools and systems to effectively address the issues that could ruin anyone's experience in the game. We're currently designing the new systems. If a ban has been issued incorrectly, we will admit our mistake and lift the ban. However, it may take some time for us if there is no evidence to prove the banned user's point. We need to make sure by looking into in-game data. I apologize again if you have been frustrated with recent events or lack of communication. But it is our best interest to improve current systems to create a better environment for everyone and better serve our community. Thank you. Lead Community Manager Sammie Kang

Is there anything you don't complain about? I have literally just signed up to this forum simply to reply to another one of your pointless threads. Who cares if they have paid for their top streamers etc. These streamers have basically giving them free advertising/marketing on their product, why wouldn't you (as a business) pay for them? All you have done is continually post negative, unconstructive feedback.

Players, Today we will look at what we have updated in our 4th monthly update. But before doing so, I feel that I am indebted to our fans and community to address to the reaction we have been receiving regarding our soon-to-be-tested “crate and key system”. While our intention was and still is to add the full feature to the game when we move into actual release, we do need to test it prior to launch and at Early Access so that it is stable and ready to be fully introduced to our community. The idea of testing, prior to full implementation, is at the heart of adding every new game feature in our game, and this includes the crate and key system which we believe will serve as the foundation of a healthy economy after launch. This is an economy that would and should benefit all players - both who are willing to pay and who are not willing to pay for vanity items. It is important that all our players are able to enjoy the various items that will be provided for customization, and it is even more crucial that we have a stable self-sustaining economy that maintains the value of the items you have purchased or gained. I do understand your concerns about the system, but I feel testing for a sturdy economy on the Steam Marketplace is necessary at this stage and ultimately beneficial for the game. And once again, this is a purely optional system, and you are not forced into participating if you do not feel like it. You will still get a fully featured game, with a polished Battle Royale game-mode, a wide variety of weapons and vehicles to play with, stat tracking, ranking and leaderboard systems, 2D and 3D replays and much more. But still, I must admit that our message wasn’t very clear, so I extend my sincere apologies for the confusion caused. The process of communicating our intentions precisely to our fans and communities should have been done in a more careful and prudent manner. I’ve learned a lot, and we’ll try to communicate better moving forward. Having said, please allow me to further elaborate on the crates and how it works. Like the current free-to-open system, you will be limited in the number of crates you can receive each week, with the crate prices being reset each Monday. Currently, this limit is set to 6 crates per week, and you are free to trade them on the Steam Marketplace. I also want to point out that the full cosmetic system is still being discussed internally, and we are taking your concerns into consideration when it comes to the ability to get free cosmetics by playing the game. Now onto the new crates themselves. Here is a look at some of the items available in the 2 free-to-open crates. Survivor Crate [free-to-open] Wanderer Crate [free-to-open] Now onto our 4th monthly update! The first Gamescom Invitational Crate will cost 1,200 BP and the price will increase for every additional crate. The first Random Weekly Crate will cost 700 BP and the price will increase for every additional crate. You may purchase up to six Gamescom Invitational Crates and six Random Weekly Crates every week. This crate limit is renewed every Monday at 12AM UTC. Q) How do I purchase the keys? A) Click Gamescom Invitational Crate from “CHARACTER”. You can buy keys from top left corner on the “PREVIEW” pop-up screen. Up to 40 keys can be bought per purchase, but there is no limit on the number of times you can make purchases. Q) How long are the crates available for? A) Gamescom Invitational Crates are available from August 3rd 9AM UTC to August 28th 12AM UTC. Survivor and Wanderer Crates are available from August 3rd 9AM UTC as well, and we will announce at a later date if these two crates will no longer be available for purchase in the future. Your Gamescom Invitational Crates can be traded in the Steam Community Market after August 3rd. Q) Will the original pioneer crates be available to purchase in game until release? A) No, Pioneer crates will no longer be available once the two free crates are introduced. However, most of the items from the Pioneer Crate will be included in the two free crates that will be available after the monthly update on August 3rd. Q) Can I purchase keys after August 28th? A) Yes, you can. Keys will be sold in-game even after August 28th. Q) What happens if I do not get a key after purchasing the Gamescom Invitational Crate? A) The crate will be left in your inventory, unopened. You may purchase a key in-game and open it when you would like to at a future date. Q) How do I open a crate? A) As mentioned in our previous Steam announcement, “we’re aware that many of you want new in-game skins to further customize your character. While we won’t be rolling out the full system until we move out of early access, we would like to provide more content as well as test the basic crate & key system we want to implement in the final version of the game.” Q) Why are there cosmetics items in Early Access? A) As we have mentioned in our previous Steam announcement, “while our intention was and still is to add the full feature to the game when we move into actual release, we do need to test it prior to launch and at Early Access so that it is stable and ready to be fully introduced to our community… We believe [the crate and key system] will serve as the foundation of a healthy economy after launch. This is an economy that would and should benefit all players - both who are willing to pay and who are not willing to pay for vanity items. It is important that all our players are able to enjoy the various items that will be provided for customization, and it is even more crucial that we have a stable self-sustaining economy that maintains the value of the items you have purchased or gained.” Partial proceeds from the sale of the keys to open the Gamescom Invitational Crate will be used: 1. To provide funds needed to organize the event, 2. To provide a prize pool for the invitational winners, 3. To support a selection of charities.

@Volvic Just curious are you a pessimist about everything in life or just this game in general? Acts of kindness and showing gratitude is something which is a rare sight. Seeing a small studio like Bluehole supporting those who show commitment & passion to the game is commendable in my book. Some of them have been around since Alpha where Bluehole invited 22 fans and streamers for dinner and drinks during TwitchCon. http://playbattlegrounds.com/news/17.pu

So a lot of stuff has popped up about what this game needs, should be, ect. All i want to say is if you have a problem with the game like a bug or something not working then you should report it, but when your complaint is "someone killed me using this tactic so it should be fixed" just stop already. Unless they are abusing cheats or something there's no need to change something and come to forums whining to just "fix it". It's one thing where you provide clear, detailed criticism of a mechanic AND make a suggestion on some way you might like it changed is awesome and more people should do it. But when it turns to you whining about it and not providing anything useful or constructive outside of "fix it" then your not helping make the game better. To the Developers you all rock and have been making a wonderful game and constantly keeping it updated. I'm sorry that at times us players can be agitated, angry or upset over somethings buts that only cause we really love your game and wanna see it grow and become greater than it is now. I love how you do pay attention to the player-base and try to incorporate the really good ideas that we come up with at times or listen and fix issues that are a problems for large amounts of players. In the end i hope this game continues to be supported and improve for many years to come and look forward to seeing you all in Battlegrounds.

I just want to send out a PSA to counter a lot of recent threads complaining about "huge amounts of hackers" or "tons of cheaters". I've been playing this game for nearly 600 hours and I can firmly say with much confidence that cheaters and hackers are not as common as some would have you believe. 90% of suspicious deaths you sustain could be easily explained if the game had an actual replay system. Most serious players that confess to their tactical mistakes would generally agree. Stop spreading panic and distrust. Its 2017, blame lag instead.

In case anyone doesn't want to go back through this whole thread I've made a brief synopsis in picture form to get people caught up: There's still a lot of issues that need to be addressed and still problems that seem to happen to some users but not to others, but most players have seen decent improvements in game performance since the beginning of early access.

Players, Since we launched into early access on March 23rd, we’ve done our best to keep you up to date with everything we’re working on and pushing out into the world of Erangel. Since then, we’ve managed to release 14 different updates to our game across our weekly and monthly scheduled rollouts. Today we are changing our patch and update schedule to improve how we work on the game, as well as set realistic expectations for players. Until the official release of the game, we will not have our scheduled weekly or monthly patches rolling out as often as before. We’ve found internally that being rushed to finish certain features, and having shorter QA test time between pushing updates caused more issues than it solved in regards to maintaining a high standard of quality. We want to put our best content out, and ensure that everything we do is making the game more enjoyable with every update. Although we may not release a weekly patch, we will utilize the test servers for significantly longer periods of time and deploy patches and hotfixes when necessary. This way, when we have a new feature that we’d like to roll-out it will be more thoroughly polished thanks to extensive community feedback. This will result in our live build being more exciting for everyone and drastically reduce the amount of unforeseen issues. We want to thoroughly and truthfully emphasize that this will have absolutely no bearing on how much content we deliver, or how much we work on the development of the game. We will still inform our community with public patch notes outlining changes we’ve made with each update. Again, we would like to assure you all that we are still on-track to release our game as per our updated timeline, and we want to emphasize to you that we are not winding down the development, or complacent. We have a lot of work to do, and we want this game to be released with as many fun, rich, enjoyable features and mechanics as possible. Our team will continue to be hard at work, and we are always listening to your feedback. Thank you for your continued support, The PUBG Development and Community Team https://steamcommunity.com/games/578080/announcements/detail/1451702599154637352

Seriously, thank the PUBattlegrounds Team for their incredible work on this game. I woke up and just now saw the monthly update post and all I can feel right now is hype. Thanks for adding new features to keep us all happy, especially the small optimization fixes!

From the Steam Announcement: Players, In case you missed it last week, due to complications with a client crash bug last week, we need to push the monthly update to the 3rd of August. We will, however, have a small patch this week, which will mainly address bugs you have reported. We are also working on resolving the issues seen on the servers over the past week and we ask for your patience as we get them fixed. Early Access – Week 18 - Patch Notes Fixed a bug where characters got stuck in doors after partially destroying them Fixed a bug causing the door Interaction UI to appear even after doors were completely destroyed You can now use consumables after browsing the inventory during a reload Fixed a bug where characters could not pick up items while running despite seeing the looting animation Fixed a bug where characters would shake in spectator mode while running On August 3rd, we will be adding the following to the game in our monthly update. 1st Person server options are coming to NA and EU SOLO & DUO game-modes FOV Slider for the 1st person view will be added to the game A new rifle will be added to the game Today I also want to talk about character customization, our plans for Gamescom this year. We’re aware that many of you want new in-game skins to further customize your character. While we won’t be rolling out the full system until we move out of early access, we would like to provide more content as well as test the basic crate & key system we want to implement in the final version of the game. On August 3rd, we will be launching three new crates. All three crates will contain items inspired by the Battle Royale movie, some of which you may have seen in our older artworks. The first and second crates, named the Wanderer Crate and the Survivor Crate, will be free to open. Each of these crates will include one set of the themed clothing, on top of other cosmetic items. The third crate named the Gamescom Invitational Crate will have the most diverse pool of themed clothing. At Gamescom this year we will be holding our first offline Invitational. We will be inviting a group of the best BATTLEGROUNDS content creators, and run events each day for the duration of the convention. We will also be holding daily qualifiers so attendees at Gamescom will get a chance to compete in the GAMESCOM PUBG INVITATIONAL! We have implemented a very basic key and crate system for this test. You can use your Battle Points (BP) to buy the crate on the REWARDS page. While the Wanderer Crate and the Survivor Crate will be free to open, the Gamescom Invitational Crate can be opened with a key which you can buy for $2.50 each. Proceeds from the sale of the keys to open the Gamescom Invitational Crate will be used: To provide funds needed to organize the event To provide a prize pool for the invitational winners To support a selection of charities Once Gamescom is complete, on August 27th, the Gamescom Invitational Crate will be no longer available and removed from the game. We will then return to the free-to-open system. The Gamescom Invitational Crate, Wanderer Crate and Survivor Crate will be tradeable on the Steam Community Market going forward. Keys for a Gamescom Invitational Crate purchased on the Steam Community Market will still be available to purchase in-game. The GAMESCOM PUBG INVITATIONAL will be livestreamed on official PUBG channels. Stay tuned on Facebook and Twitter for more details over the coming weeks! Before I go today, here’s a look at movie inspired cosmetic items coming in these 3 new crates: Gamescom Invitational Crate Survivor Crate movie inspired skin Wanderer Crate movie inspired skin See you in-game, PLAYERUNKNOWN Continue the discussion here:

Hey guys, I've made a guide with my best strategic tips on how to best spot enemies in PUBG, and I'd love to share it with you guys! Hope you find it useful, hope to see you on the battlegrounds

Here is what I love. I love when I am in a little village, going from house to house, I hear a vehicle coming. I hide and wait for him to walk in front of me and bam all of a sudden im being called a camper. Salt. Thats all it is. There are 99 other people scattered throughout the map. Do you expect that they all run down the middle of the streets for the entire game? In your video you are just running full bore in the most popular part of the map! What did you expect?? You have to sidestep and peek around doorways, ESPECIALLY in first person view. He no doubt heard you coming and just waited for you to run around the corner.

So you added many new options to chose from toggle or hold but the one true thing it's missing is hold for aim, could you add that please? :3

So i'm going to go against the current and say that i like PUBG 3rd person more than 1st person. In reality a lot of us tried H1Z1 and liked the concept but hated the execution. PUBG was that answer. I like the fact that in 3PPV it's more strategic. Positioning, cover, and planning on where to go all require fast thinking but effective thinking. I like that the best tactic is not always rushing a target and instead going for angles or coordinating with teammates to flank and crossfire. I like that the game doesn't have the frenetic hyper fast pace that most FPS games have. I don't mind that people have 3PPV because it's an even playing field. If they have a wider FOV so do i. Sure i get killed out of nowhere sometimes, or i lose a face to face fight because they have the best positioning but i accept that part of the game. I learn from it and move on. In a lot of cases if the guy has a better position, my priority is repositioning, not engaging because i know i'll probably die. But a lot of people don't do that, they rush the guy and then complain when they're killed. And TBH i actually don't die to house campers much because nearly every time i can hear them walking around. In many cases of circle pushes, you can pretty much guess the houses people will be sitting in anyways. After you play this game enough, you even develop a kind of 6th sense of where people are. It's uncanny but very cool. Can the game be improved? Hell yes! Can camping be fought against better? Hell yes. Is the answer to try to make this a game into a FPS? Hell no! There's many things that they can explore to fight camping: Better more randomized circles can force people to move. Frag damage radius needs to be tweaked that will also help eliminate campers -- i.e. you shouldn't live if a nade get's thrown in the same small room as you, or it explodes in a bush right next to you, etc... Having certain kinds of material be able to shoot/destroy (wood walls for example) As a FPS player, i've played every major FPS title and it's refreshing and fun to play something different. i play PUBG for that different gaming experience. I don't want this to be a FPS game, there are many better options out there if i wanted that. COD WW2 is coming out, R6 Siege is going strong, OW, as well as many others where the game is built for FPPV. Every game has a speciality, and PUBG is about 3PPV not FPPV.

From the update notes: Added slight delay when using the drag-and-drop feature on items in inventory UI. We implemented this delay to provide a fair gameplay environment to all players By fair gameplay he means if you are incapable of fast looting don't worry about it, you need not improve, now those who are capable of doing it will be blocked from doing so by the game engine so that you, the noob, the skill (or who knows, maybe mouse) lacking player need not concern yourself with improving your game mechanics. On the same note I am looking forward to their in-game aim assist to make the gameplay environment more fair for those who can't aim. Also looking forward to auto-spotting of enemies for those who can't really see. And alas let's also implement a delay when shooting so we don't put people who are slow on the trigger at a disadvantage. What a shameful disgrace this change is! The game is way too slow paced as it is already. Now the most tedious and boring part of the game will become even more so because some people can't handle using their mouse to loot. PS: I did see quite a few streamers being utter incompetents when it comes to drag and drop looting (and moving and positioning and many more things - except aiming and knowing where other players are, when it comes to that they are Godlike at this game - heh!). Wonder how much input they had on the matter!? I sure as hell didn't see anybody on this forum asking for looting to be even more slow paced!

Monthly update notes are out, genuinely surprised that they are bringing in a crate that can only be opened with a key purchased for $2.50 as a "test" even though in the FAQ section it states Are there going to be microtransactions? Yes, but only for purely cosmetic items and only after Early Access. http://steamcommunity.com/games/578080/announcements/detail/1438189263188767278 I'm really surprised they would do this 5-6 months before release, although in the notes it states that Proceeds from the sale of the keys to open the Gamescom Invitational Crate will be used: To provide funds needed to organize the event To provide a prize pool for the invitational winners To support a selection of charities Surely they could have gotten sponsorship for Gamescom, its not like the game isnt one of the biggest ones around at this point in time.

Guys... Enough already. First of all, camping is not a thing in BG... the zone will force anybody out soon enough, if not find a solution. The goal of the game is be the last man standing , how you achieve it is your problem. If others kill you still then rethink what you did wrong. Second, RNG, 'oh no i landed and didnt fond an M16 with silencer' 'i just found a shotgun' .... blablabla... deal with it. Picking the landing spot is a choice you make, sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you dont. Either way, do your best do get as far as you can. If you get killed, though luck, restart another game. Whats the bitching about? You wanna win every other game? You think people like Grimmmz or Anthony are the luckiest people on earth to get 10+ kills in most games? Nope... they are better than you. Deal with it....

I think Blizzard has the perfect stance on Stream Sniping and also as to why it is up to the streamer to safeguard against stream snipers or ghosters: https://us.battle.net/forums/en/sc2/topic/3932904642 "We’ve continued to see reports regarding someone live streaming their match, and their opponent watching the stream in order to gain an in-game advantage (also known as stream sniping). While this is obviously poor sportsmanship on the part of the one viewing the stream, we’d like to clarify that this is not a violation of any current policies. In fact, we cannot enforce any ‘fair play’ policies if a user chooses to provide their opponent an advantage. If someone in-game chooses to tell their opponent every move they’re making, thereby informing them how to counter it, we cannot conclude that any violation has taken place. Even if this could be considered a violation, we simply cannot micro-manage every streamed match to ensure the opponent was not looking at it, or using it to their advantage. It goes far beyond the scope of what we’re able to enforce. It’s advisable for those streaming to take precautions, including delaying their streams by a significant amount of time, to avoid any potential advantage they may be providing their opponent. We are absolutely able to enforce, and will continue to do so, violations that include harassment of others in-game, use of hacks, abuse of our reporting tools, and attempts to disrupt the gameplay of others. If you believe that someone is in violation of the game rules it does not warrant behavior, language, or abuse that would earn you, yourself, a suspension from the game. If you'd like to report an offense, please report the player using clear and descriptive language only once; support will review that report and take action based on the validity of the complaint, not the persistence of the reporting. The intent with our policies is to ensure a fair and fun experience in Blizzard games, but the act of providing a window into your game for your opponent to see is not considered a violation, should they choose to use that to their advantage. We encourage anyone streaming to keep this in mind while doing so." Just seems like an unnecessary expense from a developer's standpoint. I understand the streamers frustration, and can see why it would be infuriating. But my question is this, how many times do they think someone is stream sniping when they aren't? I watch a lot of these guys frequently. I have watched most of the top streamers, including DrDisrespect, summit1g, Viss, Break, Sacriel, JoshOg, Grimmmz, and others. Most of the time, they get killed by someone that they claim is stream sniping, but as I'm watching, I don't see a single thing that they could possibly see 99% of the time that proves or indicates stream sniping. Most of the time, they call stream sniping when someone kills them and they don't see where it's coming from or kills them before they can turn and kill that person. Considering the high elo that these guys play at, is it that hard to believe that you just got hit with a full on burst from an ar/smg or sniped in the head with a rifle/sniper rifle? Getting stream sniped sounds more like an occupational hazard more than anything. By putting a delay on their streams, I get that it reduces interactivity with the viewers. But think about this.. What could the streamer possibly interact with the viewers with that a 5 minute delay or whatever would have an effect on? That's right, the game they are playing in. And wouldn't getting info in the game, such as items missed, enemy player locations, or other info, in a sense, be also cheating in a sense that it gave them an advantage? To be honest, I have no issue with this, just speaking from a devils advocate point of view, because if I were in a game and got sniped by a streamer, I would be fine with it, just as I am ever other person that kills me. If the streamers were to be on a 5 minute delay, the only thing that would be affected by the time difference, would be what's happening in the game, would it not? Seems they could chat about things that aren't pertaining to the current game situation. I realize this is far from an ideal situation for the streamers, but I just don't see how there could possibly be a way to prove stream sniping, unless someone kept joining the same game as a streamer, over and over, and was frequently disconnecting again and again to join the same game. At the very least, I think the players in general should get a better explanation of the "proof" that Bluehole has for finding and dealing with this sort of thing. Or perhaps, a better explanation of the situation, as I can image how pissed I would be if I got banned for supposed stream sniping, when I did no such thing. With the ability to delay the stream, I should think that dealing with stream sniping should rest in the hands of the streamer, not the developer. Hiring people to investigate these things is definitely not cheap, and I, personally, would rather see the time and money go in to improving the game, as paying people to investigate every time something like this happens has got to be expensive.

Then how do you know they are outside the BZ? Maybe they're inside the BZ somewhere doing what the game allows them to do... shoot enemy players. Even if they were outside the BZ shooting in, they'll eventually move in, or die. Or if it's end game circles they'll die pretty quick. Your problem if you got shot by them, not the games problem. And since when does camping ruin the game? If you're dying to a particular play style then you need to figure out how to not die to that particular play style.

First let me say that I feel strongly enough about this to register a forum account. It will likely be my only post and I'll keep it short. 1) The circle's damage is WONDERFUL, perfect, don't change it. 2) it moves WAY too fast mid to late game. We should be able to outrun it. I would rather see the beginning circle move faster and the later ones move slower as it shrinks down. Right around the time that there are ~20 people in the game it should move at a jog (only outpaced by a sprint). when there are 10 people left it should move at a crouch walk's pace, jog should be able to outrun it. The game is called 'Battlegrounds' not 'Battlecircle'.... which is what this game feels like at this time. Thank you.

Hey Guys, Ever wondered what's the deal with the standard scope on the crossbow? Well - It's not for cosmetics, it has a very important purpose. Hope you like it

I made foot pedals for my left and right peak so I can move around at the same time. I didn't like swapping Q and E or binding to my mouse. Cost only like 20$ at the local hardware store and work better than the crap on amazon with dumb software.

Hi everyone, I've forwarded this to the development team. I'll make sure to keep you updated with the progress of this bug report. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and the delay in communication. We hope to have you all back in-game and playing with your preferred keybindings as soon as possible

It's kinda sad that our lives have broken down to playing PUBG, watching people play PUBG, and bitching about how we can't play PUBG for a whole day. I wish I lived closer to the coast so I could just hit the beach.

Players, Next Tuesday, August 1st, we will reset our leaderboard once again. Now that we are getting closer to launch, we will be resetting the leaderboards on the first of each month in order to test new ranking algorithms and ELO changes. All data from the previous seasons is saved, and while we don’t have a history system yet, moving forward we will enable this in the game and you can view your match records from the previous seasons. Each month, before the reset, we will have 24 hours of unranked matches as we backup, and update the leaderboard system. So, for this month's reset, it will work like this: On July 31st 02:00 UTC / 11:00 KST match data will stop being recorded. Any matches played after this time will not be reported to the leaderboard. From July 31st 02:00 UTC / 11:00 KST to August 1st 02:00 UTC / 11:00 KST the servers will be in UNRANKED mode whereby no match data is recorded. On August 1st 02:00 UTC / 11:00 KST the next season on the leaderboards will begin, and all match data will be recorded once again. We understand that these seasons may seem short, but for us to fully balance the ELO ranking system, we need to update frequently based on data from the previous seasons' rankings. See you in-game, PLAYERUNKNOWN (from http://steamcommunity.com/games/578080/announcements/detail/1451700696550878710) Update: Starting from now (11am KST July 31 / 7pm PT July 30), all servers will be in UNRANKED mode whereby no match data is recorded until August 1st 2AM UTC.

And so it begins. The rain before the fall. Why would we want high bling outfits when we try to blend in with our surroundings? Why make csgo crates/keys (you like black market and shady websites that will pop up because of this?) Im sorry but the development route is taking for the worse. Add mechanics-maps etc not add monetizing mechanics when your base game gives so much troubles to a lot of people. In short : they've gone and facked up now

You can't just put the two extreme ends of the spectrum as options. I have yet to see anyone who says the game is flawless. But that doesn't mean it's running poorly. The only thing poorly designed here was you survey!

Hello. After todays patch there is a huge problem for a lot of lefthanded players. A lot of lefthanded players bind their movement to IKJL, mirrored around the G key because then its easier as a left handed person to play (reaching space with thumb and right shift with little finger). But after the patch it isnt possible to move with I and L tho its bound to the keyboard. Restarting and rebinding doesnt solve this. Also this bug happens in all kinds of gamemodes. I personally cant play the game that way because im so used to this keybinding in all games i play. Its just like if u normal ppl couldnt walk with W and D anymore. Pls try to fix this soon. Greets

Hi all, Game is epic... I adore it! .... Quick suggestion .. Would it be possible to remember the settings from previous games when starting new matches please? ... I've just joined 3 third person games in a row by accident ... And whilst this may be more of an indicator of my personal ineptitude... I feel it would be a nice QOL addition Thanks

Game will finally be in a playable state when this is added in a couple of days. Can't wait to stress the shit out of my forever looting teammates by honking until they get their arses in the car so we can finally get into the circle. Or run people over while sounding the trumpet of the gods. The end is nigh. I wonder how far people will be able to hear the sound.

I'm not sure who to believe here TBH. Personal opinion-wise I'm going with in dubio pro reo. Banned player himself wasn't told detailed reasoning for his ban and PU's public statement I'm taking with a grain of salt since he or someone else high-up may have been personally involved. What I took away from the story was that another duo (player named Apex-some-such-or-other) was actually stream sniping in that match and banned player was caught up in the witch hunt as he 3rd-partied in on the fight between streamer and Apex's duo. OK, but... even arguing within this framework still leaves two rather big butts: AFAIK at the time of the ban starting this saga, there was no specific rule about stream sniping. The expedited process in this case gives the impression - if not of selective enforcement - then at least of preferential treatment because a VIP pushed a red button. Either way, the rule itself is ridiculous and I guess that's how the discussion came about. I'd like to see OP's questions answered or at least acknowledged that the glaring conceptual issues with this rule are under consideration. Wanna go down this rabbit hole? We're all mad here. - Cheshire Cat If Bluehole decide to stick with the stream sniping rule, IMO there need to be safeguards against abuse and transparency for the affected party - 7d ban for a first time offender seems like an awful lot to hand down by fiat. As an aside; I don't wanna make this into an internet lawyer argument but arbitrarily denying service is something that won't fly in Europe. I'm all for protecting every player, including streamers, from abuse and harassment. But after watching last week's events unfold, some questions need to be asked about how to protect regular players from harassment by the rabid followerships of said streamers: What's to prevent followers of a streamer to report each and every player getting a kill on their idol? Will a streamer be held accountable for mass reports or frivolous reports emanating from among their viewership? Stream sniping can't be conclusively proven so any ban as per this rule is gonna come down to interpretation by a human moderator/admin. How is impartiality of moderators insured? Are they forbidden to watch streams in private to prevent imparting bias in them? What ways of appeal are there and does the same authority handing out the ban also get to rule on the appeal? What's considered sufficient proof you haven't in fact been stream sniping? Filming yourself playing? Subpoenaed logs of your ISP proving you were not accessing twitch/YT at the time? Installing an all-seeing rootkit logger the moderators can retroactively search? Yeah, madness. PS: Even the big AAA publishers will have no part of any of that. But sure, let's do it. Just... could the streamers themselves please pony up the costs? Or if that's too much to ask of them, maybe add a special MTX crate to the game. Make it cost 20 bucks (monthly sub) and contain a set of cosmetics branded "I <3 Streamers". Proceeds can go to a whole department of hall monitors combing the logs 24/7 specifically for stream sniping incidents. There, problem solved. /s

This game (I believe takes place in Russia) I think it would be pretty cool if a Ushanka were to be added as a hat for cosmetics.

Wait, what? I'm confused. Why is it either or? How about we've already paid for the game now let us play it whilst receiving ongoing improvements and unlocks for free. Otherwise known as old fashioned PC gaming.

So if I stand, crouch, prone behind a tree for what 10 seconds, 30 seconds, a minute, what do you actually define as camping. It seems to me that anyone who does not play the way YOU think the game should be played is doing it wrong. Do you really think that someone who is fortunate enough to drop into the correct set of houses and ends up reasonably well equipped, then finds they are in the middle of the zone should get out and run around so you can see them? Or should they act with more caution, maybe CAMP where they are and see where the next zone sends them. There are many ways to play this game, none of them right or wrong. If people decide to farm for kills that is their decision not yours, if people decide to hang outside the blue to get a few more, once again not up to you. All part of the game you have chosen to play. Not the way the game was intended you say, so what, neither is the jumpy bullshit or the noddy thing to avoid head shots. It's there for everyone and it's not likely to change. In the end, someone will win, 99 others will lose. If you can't accept that play something else.

How about fixing critical issue, like textures not loading bug, memory leaks and etc? instead of adding CSGO aspect to game.

I love doing this. As soon as I get to the ground I get a vehicle and wait for the air drop. As soon as I get the M24 and a 15x scope I perch myself on the mountain for the entire round shooting people from the outside the zone. I can do this all day and never get tired of it. I don't care if the blue circle gets me. I usually have enough Meds/Pills/drinks to last until the 3rd last circle until they can no longer keep up. See you in the next game through my 15x scope perched from to of the mountain....
