  1. Two shots point blank with shotty and I die (VIDEO)

You clipped the shoulder 1st shot, completely missed the 2nd shot, youtube 25% speed is your friend.
  2. The next big patch, what do you want?

fix the hard lock of the client between ending a match and loading the landing screen, that and the ability to tick a checkbox to mute all sounds in lobby+plane which will auto unmute upon ejecting Thats all I REALLY want for now.
  3. I couldn't count the amount of times ive put a clip into someones chest and looted an undamaged vest from them.
  4. Level 3 helm or Level 3 vest

Easily helm, but obviously if both are sat there you grab them both.
  5. why 3rd person in the first place?

not had this issue op, thats really fucking shit though
  6. As above game devs need to strike a balance between gameplay and performance, you implement a forced foilage until 500m then you kill off the framerate of everyone without a high end PC, I personally would be happy with that as I am one of the lucky few with a high end rig, as it stands I think it is ok, maybe double the current range of forced foilage from 100 to 200m AFTER they improve the games performance a fair bit to make medium as well as short range fights more interesting.
  7. Teamers

Best bet is to record it using shadowplay or some other on the fly video recorder, screenshots rarely give the context needed for the GMs/Support to definitively take action.
  8. Most likely the game key was bought off steam with a stolen credit card, it was then sold on via G2A to turn it into real money for the CC thief, the CC owner probably reported the fraudulent transactions to their CC company who charged back every transaction, steam sees that X CD key has been charged back and revokes its license on steam. The liable parties are G2A and the G2A seller, not steam or bluehole as you didnt make the purchase through either of those companies, as others have said contact G2A and explain the situation and demand a full refund and don't spend your money there again for the sake of saving a few dollars.
  9. The framework is there, but they'll need to concentrate HEAVILY on getting the servers/netcode/performance stable AND consistent, inconsistency will kill the game as an E-sport before it starts, once thats done then they just need to fine tune the game on a monthly basis.
  10. Anyone else LOVE the rain servers?

No, its complete aids, I either have to turn the volume down and sacrifice hearing gunshots or footsteps or I keep it at normal levels and give myself ear cancer
  11. Youtube Monitization

Even if its negative thats fine too, fair use rules concerning copyright come into play with "criticism, news reporting, teaching, and research" and copyrighted material can be used without permission from the copyright holder in those cases.
  12. Youtube Monitization

If you are recording gameplay and uploading to youtube thats completely fine, the only games publisher that doesn't allow it is Nintendo and everyone hates them for it, companies with brains would never stop you uploading gameplay to youtube, its basically free exposure for them.
  13. Sound Issues: stuttering, lobbies, loss of, etc.

Hi all, I had the issue of people hearing me but me not being able to hear them, I found a fix for my own issue. Fix: Go into windows sound settings > playback tab > right click your audio device you want to hear players through (eg your USB headset) and click "set as default communication device", do this also with your microphone under the "recording" tab in sound settings if others cannot hear you. Also try these if that doesnt work: Make sure your audio device isn't set at too high a sample rate, that could cause conflicts 44khz 24bit is fine. Set your audio device to 2 channel stereo. Make sure your game settings sound menu has either "team only" or "all" for the channel selection. Hope that helps a few people.
  14. Ryzen R5 1600 vs i7-6700k

So many terrible bits of advice in this thread. Battlegrounds is not optimised you'll currently see little difference from modern CPU to modern CPU The i7 will win on any application that uses 4 cores or less (games, average desktop app) The i7 has better support (less bugs, optimised over a wider range of programs) due to its ~2 year availability already The Ryzen will win on any applications built for high core/thread counts (image software, CAD, encoding video, synthetic testing etc) The Ryzen architecture is better suited to streaming, lower artifacting etc, youtube for comparisons by tech channels The new Ryzen will have warranty, the used i7 will not Honestly I'd go for the Ryzen assuming you'd have to buy the mobo/ram regardless if for nothing else than the warrenty, if you cant afford a Ryzen 7 then I really wouldnt be risking your money on a used CPU, money aside they are within 10% of one another on games and such and ~30% on CPU intensive apps so its neither here or there.
