  1. Wardrobe sets

If we aren't going to be able to select which map we play on, can you please create 'item sets' for our wardrobe customization, where we can select to use certain clothing depending on which map we get. Some of us care about camouflage and stuff, but can only be camouflaged for one map right now.
  2. Optional weather, time of day

A option to choose for a chance of getting into a game with different varieties of weather or time of day like fog, rain, daylight or dawn or night before searching for a match. This also limits for those people who for reason or two do not wish to play under 'customized' weather conditions in a match where in reason solely because of FPS Drop or other issues they might have with their game running optimisation wise. But for some people *Like me* who enjoyed the random moment's during a match that included either rain, storm or thick fog. I found them not only fun but occasionally more exciting to play. Just like with an option to play under FPP or TPP. If it were possible, a tick to add a modifier for weather or day of time would be great to have.
  3. Xbox One Controller Customisation

It would very handy if you could customise the controller layout on the Xbox One. In particular the way the ADS works. Currently you have to tap the left trigger, this feels awkward. After years of playing FPS games that require you to hold down the trigger you expect a certain amount of pressure on the left side of the controller when aiming, it feels natural now. In turn releasing the trigger would then take you back to normal. I know you can double tap and hold to achieve this but that double tap is easily forgotten, especially in CQC. Having the ability to squeeze the trigger taking you straight in to ADS would be awesome.
  4. The in game player HUD which incluedes mini map, healthbar, compass ect. I would like to suggest being able to customize the placement of each of these hud items on your screen. For example: moving the health bar to the top and compass to the bottom.
  5. Account Bugged?

After the last patch I am no longer able to play. When I start game after menu 1st pops up, I see a small message saying just "An Error Occurred". I then try to start the game see a larger error message saying "Matchmaking Failed. Try Again Later". That's my biggest issue at the moment but I've also been seeing the message "An Error Occurred" whenever I try to customize my character's wardrobe appearance or even look at the crates since the beginning. After seeing a message for the update about BP being awarded for some issue, my BP score next to my screen name still says N/A instead of whatever the bonus was as well. Have also repeatedly tried restarting the menu, restarting my computer, and even reinstalling the game.
  6. BP N/A and "error occurred" Bug

So even after this new update I still get N/A BP and the message 'an error occurred' when i click on the customization on any other tab. It has been like this since i bought the game and I couldn't find any fixes. I reinstalled the game twice now and deleted all the residue data but still the problem persists. I'm stuck running around naked and not even able to spend the BP points we got as a reward and it's really frustrating.
  7. Earlier today I went to customize my character but when I finished and clicked "OK" (Confirm) it gave me a pop-up message saying "An error occured". I didn't know what to do so I tried pressing the button again and this time it worked fine. A few moments later I realised I had been charged twice (for the exact same character change) as my balance had gone from 49k to 43k. I didn't manage to get a screenshot of the error message but I got one straight after, I'll link it below. I would appreciate if this was looked into and my BP restored to the correct amount
  8. Character creation and changes

When I first loaded my game on launch day it brought up a region confirmation message and when I hit ‘A’ I confirmed the default character model and was never able to make my default character. After this you are unable to see what changes will look like on your character because there’s no preview after initial creation. Please add or fix. Xbox; 1/2/18
  9. Character customization

The first female character model doesn’t have different skin tones on the face. The face stays default white while the body can change color. This is on Xbox as of Jan 2, 2018.
  10. Bug Description: Every time I try to go and customize my character (clothes and such) a brief "an error has occured" message pops up and then all I see is the blank background and my naked character. (I'll attach screenshots) Date Seen: Every time I log in since the 1.0 PC update, also happened today 12/28/17. Never played the game before 1.0. Server: NA Troubleshooting Attempted: Validated files on steam, logged out and in over and over. Launch Options: Just done standard launching from steam, haven't edited anything. System Specifications: Operating System: Windows 10 Graphics Card: GTX 1060 CPU: i7-7700HQ Ram: 16gb
  11. We need to have an option to be able to sell duplicates, or additional wardrobe items for Battle Points. The price already goes up insanely High to curb trading on the PC. Xbox users don't have that option so can we please get an option to sell our duplicates. Three pairs of black pants that are not actually black are quite enough.
  12. Camo Hotpants - glitched model

Thigh strap on camo hotpants model glitches through body.
  13. My post is regarding two important bugs that I feel need attention. I'm sure you guys are already aware of the BP bug wherein games are not providing BP at the end of each game, so I will not touch on that too much, however, character customization is my main concern. It is apparent that many people have been wrongly jipped out of their first free customization. For starters, the customization is so glitched that people are inclined to press "A" in hopes of previewing their options (as hovering just does not work)... and as a result they are locked into their undesirable characters. There is no warning of the permanence of said changes (which I may add is apparent in almost every other game customization), and most people only learn of this fact after seeing the ridiculous cost of changing it. Others have been glitched past and forced to accept default characters. There is a clear issue here that should not be resolved with "earning x amount of BP", a number that grows more and more impossible with each passing day. Sure it is a cosmetic issue and doesn't affect gameplay, but it is evident that many gamers fell victim to this and deserve for it to be treated as a misleading bug. Hand in hand with the BP issue, this incredulous 3000 BP it is not as attainable as PubG help on twitter so claims. As I had proposed earlier, I say you guys add in a notification of permanent changes and if you're feeling really generous, grant ONE free character change for all of those on the xbox, at least by the time of the final game release. I don't really expect the latter, but I would hope future players could be warned of this issue. Attached below I have numerous complaints regarding this customization, each similar to the last. I know it is not as important as performance issues, but I do think it should be addressed with a bit more sincerity. Disclaimer: I absolutely love the game, I would just love it 10x more if instructions were a bit more clear.
  14. I just started playing last night and about half of my excitement for the game was killed before I played a single match. The initial customization screen is confusing and I pressed A after selecting my gender, not thinking for one second that a game made in 2017 would immediately lock me in to what was default settings for my character without a confirmation window. I have to assume that nobody on your team has ever played a game with customization because this would be an incredibly BASIC feature. Now the excitement of gaining credits to open crates is immediately replaced with the tedious task of saving up 3,000 BP just to correct my customization. I SHOULD be having a blast with your game, not feeling frustrated that I have to spend several hours of gameplay to fix what could have been prevented by a simple window that said: THESE CHANGES ARE PERMANENT ACCEPT CHANGES? A: YES B: NO I feel like you did this on purpose so people will have an extra few hours of play needed to feel satisfied. Why even bother with initial customization at all if it's just going to trick people into making an expensive mistake they feel shitty about?
  15. New Player Creation (xbox)

As a new player (just downloaded today) the first thing I saw that could cause some issues upon release of the game is the character setup screen at the initial setup phase. There are some key things I feel it is lacking and might be prudent to consider before final release. Confirmation of any change that costs anything to change later on. Simple visual indicators of what does what while trying to select your character options (like dpad selects skin tone. selected my whole character setup by accident. lol) Not a lot, and hardly worth a post, I know but I think it might cause some saltiness in the future especially from less than intelligent people like myself who mess up right out of the gate and requiring time/currency to fix. Fun so far, keep up the good work.
  16. I think many players saw guides made in steam some of them got over 20k views maybe pubg would reward people who did make guide that got over 20k views with special cap or T-shirt would be nice. People would get motivation to make new guides Here my guide: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1094910978
  17. My ideas to improve the game

On these suggestions, I have agreed with my teammates who have got a playtime of around 800 hours including me. Gameplay Add the option to heal while driving. Of course, only if you are not a driver. In DUO and SQUAD modes, I would have added a combined kills. This would make the game much more cooperative and one of the reasons why players are arguing during the game would disappear. This would also mean a reduction in achieved points for kill (for example, from 20 to 15). Add offline practice mode where players could train with weapons and learn the map and game mechanics. This would allow you to remove all the weapons from the spawning island, which could reduce fps drops from the beginning of the game. This would allow items to be spawned on the remaining map just after connecting to the server, instead of retrieving things after the aircraft flew. I also have suggestion on how to deal with AFK players. Cancel the automatic ejection from the plane and return the AFK players back to the lobby without penalty. Add kick button to lobby. Sometimes someone turns off the game and forgets to disconnect from the lobby. Remove the bars from windows. Quite often these bars are at the same height as my weapon and I cannot shoot through the window. Animation I think you're really trying to make the game realistic, but if you want the game to be successful in the professional scene, you have to make it faster. I do not mean to speed up the zones or increase running speed, but rather to cancel the floor picking animation or pop-up animation that you added to the test servers. It would also be good if there were the same animation for swimming and running from the third and first person. I would also reduce animations of the grass and animations of the waves on rivers and on the sea. Optimalization Add more and detailed graphics settings. For example: Anti-Aliasing: None; 2x; 4x; 8x; 16x Texture filtering: Bilinear; Trilinear; Anisotropic 2x; Anisotropic 4x; Anisotropic 8x; Anisotropic 16x FXAA: On/Off Bullet decals: On/Off Ambient occlusion: On/Off Depth of Field: On/Off Framerate limit: 60-unlimited Bloom: On/Off Refresh rate: 60; 70; 75; 80; 120; 144; 240 Field of view: 60-110 Game detail: Very Low- Ultra Multicore Rendering: On/Off DirectX level: DirectX 10/ DirectX 11/ DirectX 12 Eye Adaptation: Very low- Ultra I would remove the clothes on the map. I think it is useless and moreover and it could increase server performance. Customization Add more and detailed UI settings. For example: Radar rotation: On/Off Radar position: Top Left/ Top Right/ Bottom Left/ Bottom Right Teammates position: Top Left/ Top Right/ Bottom Left/ Bottom Right Killfeed position: Top Left/ Top Right/ Bottom Left/ Bottom Right Crosshair alpha: 0-255 Crosshair color: Red: 0-255/ Green: 0-255 / Blue: 0-255 Crosshair size: 0-1000 Crosshair dot: On/Off Show kills: Always/ Only in inventory Background alpha: 0-255 Show FPS/Ping: On/Off FPS/Ping position: Top Left/ Top Right/ Botton Left/ Botton Right Aiming modes: Normal/ Hold to aim/ Toggle to aim Grass animation: None/Very low-Ultra Preferred firing mode after pick up: full auto -> burst -> single Show map help: Yes/No Water detail: Very low- Ultra Primary hand: Right/ Left
  18. Some people may remember, when the game first released, you were unable to rebind mousewheel from scroll weapons. Many people, myself included, pushed for the ability to rebind mousewheel, and a few months ago this was added. I was very happy to be able to bind mwUp to primary weapon, and mwDown to secondary weapon as I do in all games. However, now that I've changed these, whenever I'm in my map and I'm zooming in and out (since the mousewheel is still linked to that), my character is constantly switching weapons . Personally, I am totally fine if I was not able to switch weapons while using the map, or any other UI screen. Some others however, may want that ability. My suggestion is a set of radio buttons in the Gameplay options, such as follows: Disable weapon switching on: [_] Map Screen [_] Inventory Screen Obviously if these are set to true, input that normally switches weapons should fail to fire if the selected UI screens are currently open. If there are any other UI overlays that might belong here, please suggest them.
  19. Hi there, I will address my problems in point form for an easier understanding: 1. I recently purchased PUBG and they didn't give me any option to choose a username 2. The game gave me a random username "kotekotekote" 3. I didn't even get to character customize, they gave me the same exact customization as my brothersfamilyshare account. Heres some additional info: 1. Previously, I was using steam family share and tried PubG for a game or two through my account. (The game is purchased through my Brothers account) 2. My Brother's account username is "yangamatkote" 3. My steam account: http://steamcommunity.com/id/ngyxm/ 4. My brother's steam account: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198272327367/ Please address this issue. I paid good money and didn't get to choose my username or customize my character. Please change my username to "NGY4M" if possible. Hope to hear from you soon.
  20. This topic is about the Crate Drop Rates and the urge to balance what drops as well as creating a system that shows drop rates % of each item. With full understanding for Early Access and the priorities of development... For a long time players have been facing disappointing results regarding the crate system. The duplicates keep on showing up and there is not much of a fun factor to this system as of yet. We players can all agree that the tab "Reward" looses its meaning and slowly fades away in the depths of despair as the tab does not live up to its name. ( Great... another pair of the same boots, this is the tenth of the same shirt..." All I wanted was that skirt, the mask or "insert your most wanted item". ) There is no feeling of Reward going into that tab, more so disappointment and pain. Most players do respect the early access and phase that you developers are in, and I do believe we all understand that there will be more amazing stuff up the road. However I must urge the fact that this system must become more balanced than what it is and get a serious fun factor boost! When you get 10 pair of the same boots or in this case have an Early Access product with not so many items, please make sure that the players who love customization does not get the same items all over again. Some quick fixes can easily make up for that. Today drop rates is a great discussion across the gaming community from various top tier games and communities out there and there are many versions of crates and rewards which keeps the players exciting but also frustrated and disappointed. A great way of cooling down both disappointments and frustration is releasing and showing drop rates of items and balance what can drop in a set of time. It would be truly amazing if PUBG shows the player what kind of drop rate there are and what the chance is to get duplicates in the crates. To be blunt, as for now the crate system is neither fun nor rewarding. It is dull but also disappointing. I do look forward for more work on the Crate System and new exciting visuals. Developers, you have to fix a more balanced Drop Rate and SHOW players what the Drop Rate are and look over the the loot table so duplicates can become less of a problem. Turn the tables around here is what I ask, for a more excited and rewarding community. A great example of transparency is Grinding Gear Games, the creators behind Path of Exile. Recently they decided to be more transparent and that with great results, their player base is thankful to be able to see what drop chance there are in their mystery box. The studio also allows players to directly buy specific pieces of the cosmetics table which is great! If players get the opportunity to buy what they want directly but also have fun opening balanced packs, crates and boxes that are up to date with the drop rates, expect players to stick around and give developers more in return too. "You can not receive with a closed hand..." I repeat, please look over the Crate System, Balance the drop rate and let the good loot drop more often, instead of having it as extremely rare, because that only creates disputes and negative loops. I do not want this game to be a bad experience and neither do I think other players want to. Please be more transparent and release Drop Rates and let the good stuff drop more often from the crates and try your best to not let there be too much of duplicates! "There is a fine line between keeping players in the cosmetic chase of greed and disappointments and giving the players what they do want to wear and keep them excited to continue playing your game and look bad ass when they do and instead of poor and frustrated." Will the Crate system become a fun and rewarding experience or will you use it as a tool to fish for more money? It is up to all of us to decide here. I look forward to have PUBG as a great example to show the community that they care and give rewards to their player base and not leave them with headaches. Best Regards Zangie

  22. I had a bit over 3,000 BP and wanted to change the appearance of my character. When I was confirming the purchase it was lagging and wouldn't go through so in frustration I clicked the confirmation button multiple times. As a result, now I have ~ -17,000 BP. I tried restarting the client but the number remains. I tried playing games and getting more BP but considering how poorly I do in these games my debt is barely going anywhere. Is there any way to get this fixed? Or am I gonna have to play this game for a year to get back to positive BP?
  23. Character size options

I'd recommend adding Character size options. This will allow the character to be drafted to the size in which the user is comfortable with but also can add a layer of complexity to a players aim as they will need to adjust for every character set. Obviously I'd recommend keeping the players realistic in size proportion, but just figured it would be an interesting change over static character sizes and general headshot muscle messory.
  24. New store and no keys

I think the current "Rewards" and overview of crates, along with keys could be streamlined. Call it "Loot" instead, and just stop selling keys. Have boxes only. Keys are an obnoxious part of loot that should be sent back to the stone age of microtransaction history. It is not a good thing in CS:GO, and neither is it here. The way one buys keys is also weird. Why are they not displayed in the same area as crates? If you insist on having keys, have them in the same menu as the crates, and let us open them straight away instead of having to go to yet another menu to do so.
  25. I had an idea for the gameplay in regards to clothing and character customization. Since crates are currently the only way to get clothing, I thought, what if the reward for winning a chicken dinner rewards you with whatever cosmetic/clothing items (excluding armor/backpacks/weapons, obviously) you are wearing at the end of the match. This would exclude care package only items as well, like the ghillie suit. It would essentially be an alternative way to gaining clothing items, as well as a lasting reward for getting a chicken dinner. Again, this would simply be whatever cosmetic items you are wearing, nothing with defense or attack benefits.
