I Bought the game on amazon for the digital code from BlueHole, Inc provided by Amazon digital as soon as they sent me the code i put it in Steam and i get a duplicate code it is already attached to an account. Now if you go to amazon they say contact steam steam says contact retailer neither has an option to contact them about this. I have the proof i bought this code how i can i fix this. No one will help me. No one to contact i have tried everything. I am literally just screwed? Cant they void the previous code and give me a new one. I tried to contact someone at battleground no luck. I bought this today tried to use it 10 min after i bought it. Please anyone i need help and no one will help.
Once the beta ended, I had my test game revoked from steam and was under the assumption I would receive my early access key. When this never happened I turned to the forum and received 0 help and my questions were deleted with no help from anyone. I then turned to Xsolla to figure out what happened, but they then directed me to steam saying that there wasnt anything they could do. But then after days of talking to steam support, they also couldn't help. I payed for the game once before in order to play the beta, but did I just miss something? Now why would I have to purchase the game a second time in order to keep playing? This is beyond infuriating, but I broke down and bought the freaking game again today, but am beyond disappointing in how this was allowed to happen. Has this happened to anyone else? Can anyone help me out here? Why did this happen, I feel very cheated out of my money.
