    Fix Store/Inventory Thumbnails

What's with the inventory and store? It takes too long to load the images. It will reload the whole thing again when you preview or leave and going back to item list. It uses a lot of bandwidth every time it reloads and FPS drops when scrolling. Can't you just use the local storage or something? Seriously, this is so annoying, waiting for things to load every time.
  2. I've been having trouble with random FPS drops while playing. I couldn't find any explanation to it, as it can happen in open field with no one around, in cities, inside buildings, in gunfire, while driving, it's just completely random. I run the game around 50-80fps most of time, and then suddenly it drops to around 10-30 fps, the sound becomes robotic (if someone's talking ingame, they sound like daft punk's songs) and laggy. The problem began around october, two weeks after the infamous "freeze while looting" bug, which I didn't have trouble with at the time. Then about two or three weeks ago the problem stopped on live servers (although it started happening on test servers a week ago), then the problem is happening today very often. I had a different GPU, a Sapphire Radeon R9 280 dual-x 3gb, about a month ago I've switched to an Asus GTX 1070 OC dual 8gb. It seemed to didn't have any impact with the problem. I've also switched from windows 7 to windows 10 pro. GPU: GeForce GTX 1070 CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor Memory: 16 GB RAM 1866mhx DDR3 OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro I have an WC on my CPU, temperature stays at 58C under load. (Ps.: I'm aware of the bottleneck, I plan to upgrade to a I5 8400 in february) Additional info. - I'm using reshade: Technicolor, Vibrance, Lumasharpen - No launch options Game settings as follow ] Some videos showing the FPS drops, along with MSI Afterburner information: Any help will be welcome.
  4. Normally, the game runs... alright. Getting anywhere between 40 and 70 fps depending on the location and action - nothing great, but bearable I guess. However, when I get into a close quarters firefight with another player, my framerate tanks horribly, going into single digits and even freezing for a second sometimes, mostly while I'm getting shot at. Here's video illustration of the issue from my live stream. I apologise for the strong language; I was obviously a bit frustrated at that moment. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/217296460 Others have also recorded and reported similar experiences: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HsejUreGiew Date Seen:Started along with 1.0 release and has been going on ever since Server: Live; EU & NA Error Message: N/A Other Information: I have seen many mentions of this behaviour, and they seem to converge on high-detail rendering of blood splatters when close up. Cannot confirm anything, though, of course. Troubleshooting Attempted: Updated graphics card driver (to Radeon Software 17.12.1) Installed important Windows updates Tried disabling Death Cam, Replays and both of these features Tried running both in borderless window and fullscreen All to no avail. Pausing While Running

Hello, I have been having an issue that started about two weeks ago. Since then or before I had no system changes in hardware or software including driver updates. Yesterday I did update drivers though and the problem still persists. I have a very good internet connection (fiber, second video) and a computer that can run the game just fine. Windows 10 64bit Ryzen 1600 EVGA GTX 1070 16gb 3000 ddr4 ram game and OS installed on SSD Running Malwarebytes but I have checked and it is not interfering with the game. The game will stop me while running, constantly, to the point where the game has become unplayable. (see first video, audio is a little messed up, it didn't sound like that in game) I do not get the rubber banding problem while shooting, driving in the vehicles, parachuting, flying in the place, opening doors, picking up items, or vaulting. The problem ONLY happens while I am running or walking, a lot more while running though. I am perplexed and cannot find a solution. I have reinstalled the game and run steam in administrator still nothing. I have done just about everything under the sun to fix this but no luck. It has to be a problem with the game. Since apparently it isn't a wide spread problem I doubt any developers to take notice of this but I hope they still care about the few that are struggling with these unique problems. Here are the links to the videos... Gameplay - Internet -

Vehicles and loot spawning in very late

These are some examples of vehicles spawning in late on my end (even though my squad can see it) and late loot spawn.
  8. So since ive installed PUBG ive been getting terrible performance on my ASUS ROG the specs are as follows: Nvidia gtx 1060 6gb Core i7 6700hq 16gb single channel ram 256gb SSD and 1tb HDD PUBG is installed on my HDD which has 248GB free space (as of currently) PUBG is always on very low with the exception on textures on high Anyways to get into the performance: When loading waiting to get into the plane the game is barely hitting 45FPS in plane the game is around 30 fps when on ground the game keeps dropping to 10-20 fps while barely getting 45fps, i have no idea whats the cause.
  9. So about a week ago i ordered new parts for my system so i could play Destiny 2 and PUBG at higher FPS. I purchased a Ryzen 5 1400,8Gb DDR4 2666mhz Ram,Geforce GTX 1060 3Gb variant. I thought i would be able to play pubg at above 60 Fps at low settings. Destiny 2 plays fine high-highest quality at 1080p always above 60 a massive upgrade from my 20-30 fps at low-medium settings with my old PC. I jumped into pubg and found out to start with the Fps remained around 30 at all settings which wasn't what i was expecting. I kept restarting the game due to memory leaks but my ram was only at 80 percent usage and restarting did nothing. My fps then suddenly started dropping so now i get anywhere from 1-40 fps it staying around 10 most the time which is very strange i found, i would appreciate if anyone can help. Many thanks, HerosDoDie
  10. Hey since i dowloaded the latest update (1.0) ive started hitting low fps numbers... GTX 1080 underperforming?

Hi. Well... a friend and I decided to build our very own pc. We both ordered following parts: EVGA B3 550W Modular 80+ Samsung 850 EVO 250GB 2.5" SSD ASUS Prime Z370-P, Socket-1151 Corsair Vengeance LED DDR4 3200MHz 16GB Intel Core i5-8600K 3.60 GHz My friend decided to go with the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Windforce OC and Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo CPU cooler, I went with the EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 ICX SC2 and Noctua NH-14. We downloaded PUBG after installing several drivers so we could test our new PCs. Here's the funny part. We run exactly the same video settings in game and basically in nvidia control panel (untouched settings) and he runs more stable FPS, like around 135-140 easliy stable, sometimes with drops to 110-120. Me? Well, I get around 100-120 and if I'm lucky I can get 130 - Which is a shame because I that extra money after 1070's big brother. This is kinda frustrating because I feel like I've been screwed. I also changed the Nvidia Control settings to max performance in case it would give me some sugar... sadly with no luck. I know I shouldn't complain at all since there are so many people who struggles even more, but can anybody explain wtf is going on? Should also mention that we both run 144 Hz 1080p

    Thermal Issues After Update

Today ( 2nd December ) I had to download a small update of 28.8 MB for PUBG. Nothing was new until my fps just crumbled down to less than 10. First I thought it was a bug and a restart should fix it. It was never fixed. Only then I realised that my CPU was thermal throttling. I've never had this before. The game always ran at 50-60 fps-ish and I even played smoothly before updating 28.8 MB. My CPU temps exceeded 80°C and reached a record 87°C ish. I ran other games, and some benchmarks ( in the same environment, conditions etc ) and it never peaked 75°C. Somehow the game was getting so CPU intensive ( 100% usage ) that even the sounds started to skid. Is this an actual bug from that Update or is it just my system. Specs : Core i5 7300 HQ Quad core Gtx 1050ti 4gb ddr5 1 Nvme SSD and a regular SSD. Laptop is the Dell Inspiron 7000 series. Thank you in advance. PS : Operating system is Windows 10 Nvidia driver Version : 385.28

    Loading slow

Hi there, So the last update (With the new white intro's) caused my PUBG to load the map very slowly. It's lags every time at the beginning of the game really bad. The houses don't load properly and after some waiting it says Network Lag detected. Then after it runs at 30-60 FPS and again lag spikes if I ride my a vehicle into a new area of the map. So what happened after this update with my pc, because my friend says that his PUBG is now loading faster. Can someone help me fix this? Regards, BOXjordiHEAD

    Game Stuck at 40 FPS!

Hey everyone, I don’t know why but my game is stuck at 40 FPS! I’m watching many YouTube videos, and they’re all saying that I have to fix some things in the 3D Settings in NVIDIA Control Panel, launch options, and graphics settings in the game settings. I tried everything and nothing worked! I have really good specs in my PC but I don’t why I can’t get to 60 fps in PUBG! My PC has the Intel Core i7 6th generation processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD + 1TB 7200RPM HDD, which are really good specs. My brother had the same specs in his PC (except his 7th generation of intel core i7, mine is the 6th) and he’s playing pubg without any lag at 60 FPS! How is it possible? I hope someone can help me fix this problem and play pubg at 60 fps. Thanks.
  17. Many times I find myself in gun battles where my attacks dont matter and the others do. The most recent and the one I've documented is this: I tried to shoot somebody with no armor with an S12K, I shot them twice, once in the chest and once in the face. Either of those are a one shot down at that distance. I had the blood splatter effect but it didnt seem to hurt him at all, and I got mowed down by his AKM I wouldnt mind if it was once every so and so games. But it's every single game.
  18. Changing shadows from ultra to very low changes absolutely nothing anymore except how smooth the shadows look. The industrial sheds around the map are completely darkened inside, and you can barely see anyone/anything in most buildings now. Also, this has clearly had an effect on my fps, because instead of sitting on 60-70 fps in my regular looting town, its now 40-50.
  19. After the recent update, the game has been lagging as much as it did in the beginning stage of the game. Before this update/patch, it almost seemed if as optimization for this game was nearly complete. Now my screen sometimes freezes in combat with other players (again), lags like crazy when I land my parachute (yup, again), and quite a few times the buildings won't fully load by the time I land so everything looks like smudged cookie dough. Does anyone else experience this? Let me know. Thanks. PC Specs: -8GB RAM -i5 6th gen -NVIDIA GTX 950M -128GB SSD
  20. My problem is this: after a bunch of minutes playing the game, I get a quick audio glitch and the screen goes blank, from where the only thing I can do is reset my PC, because alt tab or ctrl alt del dont work. While the screen is blank I can still hear game audio, I dont know if it's the actual game audio or a looped glitched background audio (for example I never hear planes, footsteps or cars). This problem arose since yesterday when I upgraded my gpu from a r9 270 to a gtx 970 windforce. My specs are: i5 4430 3ghz quad, 8gb 2600 ram, game and OS on a 850evo 250gb ssd, vs550w psu. I have tried solving the problem with afterburner: initially I thought it was a power limit or temp limit problem, so I put the pw limit to 110% and temp to 91C, both the max. saved the profile and set it to load at startup. But that didnt help as well. Temperature never comes anywhere near 91, it's in the low 70's at most. Verified game cache. Note: the game worked with my 270, performance was awful but it worked, no crashes. No, I didnt forget to download nvidia drivers. I'm playing very low on everything expect high render distance. I suspect settings dont really matter with this issue Please any help is greatly appreciated, I upgraded mostly for this game and now not being able to even play it is a real bummer.
  21. the patch directly prior to the 9/20, which was 400~mbs boosted my frame rates from the 60 range to the 120 range, if not higher when things aren't crazy. i am playing at 1440p, all ultra-low setting, except view distance which is ultra, for the sake of a 60ish framerate. as of the 9/20 patch i am back at an average 60ish, is this for balancing purposes? or what? I was psyched to see the performance improvement, I was excited to play at above 100 frames. Having to go back to 60 frames to 45 frames is a disappointment. unfortunately i took no screenshots of my frames from that update, hopefully others will see this post and report a similar issue, otherwise, shoot, hope things get better in the future. specs: Operating System Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit CPU Intel Core i5 4690K @ 3.50GHz 42 °C Haswell 22nm Technology RAM 32.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (10-10-10-27) Motherboard Gigabyte Technology Co. 5.1 Surround Audio Performance

Just reporting on issues with performance of 5.1 surround sound (applies to 7.1 also) Issue is that "behind the player" stereo sound effects are still applied when using full surround. This means that any sounds coming from rear speakers have a whole lot of reverb, delay effects etc which help identify the direction in stereo (headphones) monitoring, but are confusing in surround. e.g. gunfire. Gunfire coming from in front of the player is clear and accurate, and stereo imaging in front is excellent. Gunfire occurring behind the player has additional effects applied, and although it does come from the rear speakers with decent imaging, the additional effects muddy the source direction of the gunfire. I also think maybe sounds coming from behind the player are being given some sort of overall volume boost, although that may just be my setup. Fix for this could be removing all direction-based reverb/delay effects when monitoring in 5.1, maybe with an option in the Audio tab. I'm using the Realtek 5.1 analog output on an EP45T-UD3LR mobo, known to have solid surround performance, and using the audio jack outputs (center/sub, front, rear). No other issues with this setup. Otherwise, PUBG is running great on my old system, and I'm loving the game! Thanks guys.
  23. I will attach the details of my pc and a video of the problem. Basically i have played the game for more than 150 hours, yes not that much but i enjoy the game and want to play more. After my 2 of my cpu cores broke, the performance of the game dropped heavily but i could still play the game at least. Then after i updated my graphics driver which is an AMD Radeon R9 200 series ( attached file) , i launch the game and in the UI, the frames are at least 118fps but when i click something or move, nothing follows. or they do but its late. But when i alt tab, it processes the game. I even tried moving and my character does move but the game shows that i am not moving but after i alt tab and go back, my character is moved to wherever he was meant to move and look wherever he was meant to look. It makes no sense at all.. Basically the stutter is so bad to the point that i can't play. I have to alt tab which processes the whole game while alt tabbed.. makes no sense to me..
  24. I've tried this weeks patch for the first time yesterday and I've encountered a very strange problem. The game was working without any problems before: After some minutes in a round, when I move my mouse to change my viewport, there're extensive micro stutters which stall the entire operating system and turn the game into a slideshow. I've noticed this because incoming voices from Teamspeak have those micro stutters as well while moving the mouse. The Steam FPS overay still shows my usual 60-90 FPS (which is expected when the entire system is stalled - it never new there were dropped frames). When I don't look around the game appears to be functioning normally. The problem can only be solved by rebooting the entire system - restarting the game does not suffice. After that the game can be played like normal for some minutes until the problem appears again. Other multiplayer games I've tested so far are not affected by this (for example Battlefield 1). 25. Hello, today I've played PUBG for the first time since all the patches pushed after the monthly update. Played 3 solo games on SA servers and noticed a behavior that wasn't there before the patches, I could not tell if it's server side or client side, but felt like frame skips or jumps. I didn't change any video setting after updates so I guess it's not a hardware issue. Asked to my friends and 3 of them reported the same behavior and remarked that it's something that they weren't experiencing before the patches. PS: I will add more information when I get back home to my gaming machine.
