Any suggestions to get the best out of a 60hz UHD monitor?

I'm not sure exactly what your question is, can you please elaborate?

Set the Desktop Resolution to FULL HD > 1920X1080P

Go ingame, set the Same Resolution if not allready is by Default.

Grafic Settings > Everything Very low, except for Texture u can try Medium > View Distance Ultra or High depends on Your Hardware.

Use VSYNC for smooth gameplay Experience, keep in mind that when using VSYNC Input Lag is added > means transition time from Grafics Card to Monitor is Slower because it needs to wait for the Pictures to Render, but gives u better Experience. Suggetion go get a 144hz HD monitor if the Budget allows too.

Good Luck !

Is your monitor FreeSync technology? Probably from Asus?

Make sure you use a digital connection, DVI or display port being the most common. If you are running via VGA cable then start by upgrading that.

well your fps certainly does not stay above 150fps in PUBG, no matter what PC you have. try capping the framerate in the other games you play though.

I think so, I think it was some bug showing me above that ... I do not know exactly if it had update, but it seems to have normalized, now with the configuration I use it was just below 75

Your monitor has Free Sync technology, which means your monitor and your GPU will "auto-synchronize" to give you smooth renders with no tearing, this can range from 40 - 75 fps. V-Sync will limit your fps to your monitor's refresh rate.

My suggestion is that if you want to keep V-sync on, make sure your display resolution settings for your monitor is set to 75Hz, you can get this done from control panel etc.
